Executive Director
Kashea Allen
Kashea Allen was born in Montgomery, Alabama. She is a loving wife and the proud mother of two beautiful children, who are her greatest blessings and constant reminders of God’s goodness. Raised in a holiness church, Kashea developed a strong foundation of faith, but in 2024 at Fresh Anointing House of Worship, she experienced a true rebirth and fully surrendered her life to Christ. That encounter changed everything for her and ignited a deep passion for His presence.
With an Associate’s degree in Health Science and experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Kashea has always valued serving others in practical ways. Now, she feels an even greater calling to encourage women to stay rooted in their faith. She believes that no matter how broken a season may seem, God has the power to restore, heal, and bring new life. Her heart is to be a vessel of His love, joy, and hope while living each day as a testimony of His amazing grace and faithfulness.

Sophia Bennett
Sophia Bennett is a devoted wife of 29-year, mother of two daughters and a bonus son, and grandmother of five. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Alabama Ste University. She then earned an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Professional Development, and completed doctoral studies in curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, including all required course work and her prospectus, at Walden University.
An ordained evangelist and experienced Sunday School teacher, Sophia is committed to equipping believers with biblical truth. She also serves with the House of Refuge Women Prison Ministry, sharing hope and the transformative love of Christ with women who are often overlooked.
Though her journey of faith, family, and service, Sophia exemplifies a life surrendered to God's calling, As President of Golden Christian Corporation, she leads with vision, resilience, and a heart to empower women through Christ- centered mentorship, community, and spiritual growth.

Rahim Shakir
Rahim Shakur is 46 years old and lives in Montgomery. She is a proud and blessed mother of two beautiful daughters. Her heart’s mission is to uplift, support, and encourage women to discover their true identity in Jesus Christ. Rahim is passionate about helping women transition into the fulfillment of who God has called them to be, walking confidently in their purpose, worth, and calling. Her hope is to be a source of light, strength, and inspiration as women grow deeper in faith and step boldly into the person God created them to become.

Secretary
Mary Mayo
Mary L. Mayo is 33 years old and from Montgomery, Alabama. She is a claims examiner in the financial industry and a proud single mother of two amazing boys. Her faith in Christ is the foundation of everything she does, guiding both her career and daily life. Mary strives to serve others with integrity, compassion, and grace, believing that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Her journey as a mother and professional has strengthened her perseverance and deepened her faith in the power of prayer. She holds firmly to Philippians 4:13, trusting that through Christ, she can truly do all things.
